Together they began using his updated CV to apply for jobs that matched his skillset, slowly building his confidence into the job market, with eventual results. Eleanor also provided vouchers for interview clothing and workwear, helping Rowan look professional, feel confident, and make a positive first impression throughout the recruitment process. Eleanor told us: "Thanks to the support and preparation provided throughout his journey, Rowan successfully completed three interviews and received a job offer for a Senior Developer role.”
